CPT4: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p, Insurance Eligible
The Senior Clinician provides direct services to civilly committed sex offenders and, in some cases, their families. Coordinate treatment planning, provide individual counseling and group therapy, prepare required documentation and reports, and design and deliver psychoeducational curriculums. Participate on the treatment team, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills, respect, professional ethics and a spirit of collaboration. Perform related duties as assigned in the areas of admissions and discharge, program development, scheduling, supervision of client activities, and/or involvement in policy drafting teams or special work groups. • Maintain knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, and take measures to ensure a safe, secure and therapeutic environment. • Represent the mission, vision and goals of the organization and the department. • Function as a lead clinician on the treatment team, taking on a leadership role and additional responsibilities as assigned.
